Payments, shipment and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are usually shipped within 2 days of receipt of payment and are sent via Correos España without tracking. We ensure the reception of the package, if there is any problem with the shipment please contact us through the contact form.

Shipping charges include handling and packaging charges as well as shipping charges. The handling fees are fixed, while the transportation fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We recommend that you group your items in a single order. We cannot group two different orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile items.

The boxes are ample in size and your items are well protected.

Online payment

We use Paypal and Stripe as payment gateways, guaranteeing a 100% secure payment.

All prices include 21% VAT.

Returns

Please note that we do not provide return labels for general returns/exchanges. You are responsible for return shipping costs, restocking fee, and reshipping costs.

You can always request a return and/or exchange in the following cases:

      -You are within the next 14 days after purchase.
      -The item is not what you ordered or there was an error in the shipment (in this case we bear the shipping and reshipment costs).
